Supply chain
by training. Cross-border
by instinct.

I grew up between Texas and Mexico, studied Supply Chain Management at UT Austin, and then took what was supposed to be a short stint in Shanghai — which turned into one of the better decisions I've made.

I spent two years building commercial bridges between China and Latin America — prospecting from Shanghai, opening accounts with major Mexican retailers, and learning how goods actually move across the planet. In parallel I was doing procurement consulting for a Mexico City firm, sourcing manufacturers in India and generating real cost reductions. Not glamorous. Genuinely useful.

Now I'm back in Mexico City, working in Boom Bite and looking for a full-time role with a global team where cross-border experience is an asset, not a footnote.

How I got here.

2025–
Mexico City
Boom Bite

Operations & Head of Sales

Building a consumer goods brand from scratch with my sister — from product concept to pre-launch pipeline across distributors, retail buyers, and influencer partners. Three-channel go-to-market covering e-commerce, retail, and social, with $7K+ in seed funding secured. A lot of learning about what it actually takes to get a product to shelf.

Shanghai, China
Ningbo Market Union Group

Sales Manager — China to Mexico

Relocated to Shanghai to build B2B pipelines between Chinese manufacturers and Mexican retailers, starting from zero. Opened accounts at Liverpool and Coppel, managed the full cycle from first cold email to signed deal, and launched a private-label line from factory assessment through category launch. A lot of early mornings due to time zones.

J. Garcia Lopez

Procurement Consultant

Part-time, alongside full-time role at Ningbo

Sourced and benchmarked manufacturers in India, generating competitive intelligence that drove a 15% cost reduction through renegotiation — without switching suppliers or disrupting supply. Conducted a full price and quality audit projecting 25–30% savings versus incumbents, and maintained one supplier relationship for future sourcing as they scale.

Chiloko

Sales & Operations

Grew Amazon revenue 200% in six months through category strategy and targeted advertising on Seller Central. Closed distributor agreements and launched retail entry into 10 new stores, handling everything from buyer negotiations to shelf placement. First time building a brand's physical presence from nothing.

2019–23
Austin, TX
UT Austin — McCombs School of Business

BBA in Supply Chain Management

Minor in Finance

Built the academic foundation — procurement, logistics, operations, financial modelling. Started thinking about where the world's most interesting supply chains actually lived, and realized the answer wasn't in a textbook.

Underwater and otherwise.

What I'm
looking for.

I'm actively looking for a full-time role — remote or hybrid, ideally with an international company that operates in or hires from Mexico. I'm most useful in roles that mix commercial work with cross-border complexity.

I'm drawn to companies that move things across borders — products, payments, ideas — and where the work is actually international, not just the org chart.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, working Mandarin. Based in Mexico City. Available now.

Supply Chain & Procurement

Sourcing, supplier management, international logistics, procurement strategy — especially in cross-border or LATAM contexts.

Business Development

Building pipelines from scratch in new markets. Opening accounts, managing relationships, and turning cold contacts into long-term partners.

Account Management

Owning strategic accounts, driving retention and growth, and being the person clients actually want to call.

International Trade & Ops

Trade lanes, customs, cross-border operations — particularly involving the China–Mexico–US corridor.

Let's build
something.

Whether it's a role, a conversation, or a long shot — I'm open. The best things I've worked on came from unexpected messages.
